Osama Bin Laden was making the headlines at the time, as he does, and based on the same logic I used when making Windows RG, we figured 'The Americans would like this', then it turned out you actually need to put some effort into something for the Americans to like it. They don't appreciate raw humour like this. I didn't know what George Bush sounded like at the time, I think I'm trying to do a Bill Clinton impression there.
